ARGOSY

If you would like to join our team we currently have the following opening:

 

Full Time Driver/ Warehouse Assistant

The job will entail:

·        Stock management from Goods-in through to goods-out.

·        Marshalling of outgoing orders.

·        Monitoring of stock and maintenance of records.

·        Loading and unloading goods to and from vehicles, either by hand or using mechanical handling equipment e.g. a fork-lift truck

·        Driving the company van to collect and deliver goods in the Midlands and across the South East

 

The candidate will have:

·        A clean drivers Licence (ideally)

·        Be in good health and capable of handling drums of cable

·        Be enthusiastic, responsible and have a flexible attitude to duties

·        Counterbalance forklift license/experience (not essential as training can be given)

 

Working Hours:      Monday to Friday 8.30am -5pm (37 1/2 hours per week)
starting salary:        *£15,000 – up to £17,500 per annum and benefits (*depending on experience)
