How we use this data

The data submitted on this form is converted to a PDF and is emailed to our accounts department. It will be used exclusively for the purpose of validating the legitimacy of the company requesting the credit as well as allowing Argosy to carry out the required credit checks.

The data of successful applications will be kept for a maximum period of six years from the date that the account is last used. Unsuccessful applications will be destroyed immediately.

How we store this data

Argosy will store a printed copy of this form in a secure filing cabenet in our accounts department for a maximum period of six years from the date that the account is last used.
