A hybrid cable containing single-mode fibre optic and copper cores, the Argosy Hyperflex is an industry-standard HD camera cable with Lemo SMPTE304 connectors and Draka PU high flexibility SMPTE cable.
The cable meets the SMPTE311M standard for HDTV camera connections and handles video, audio and control signals. It also provides power between cameras and their base units. The Hyperflex is suitable for use with special hybrid connectors manufactured by Canare and Lemo.
The cable features two single-mode fibres, two power conductors and two low-voltage conductors, wound around a stainless-steel strength member. It also has a copper braid with a rugged, abrasion-resistant, highly flexible jacket. Suitable for up to 20,000 mating cycles, the stainless-steel connectors are Lemo 3K.93C and use the highly-reliable Lemo push-pull latching system.
The Assembly cable has one straight plug (FUW) and one straight socket (receptacle) (PUW), both complete with GMF/GMP bend relief with cap and gaiters. Available in 1m, 5m, 10m, 15m, 20m, 25m, 50m, 75m, 100m, 200, 300, 500m lengths.
