D Type 50 Way Metalised Plastic Hood

Suitable for even the most demanding RFI/EMI screening requirements, the 50 way D Connector hood provides excellent shielding to ensure a secure termination.
Made of die-cast zinc with a nickel-plated finish, the hood has two die-cast zinc cable clamps for strain relief, with metallised plastic inserts. The hood has an attenuation better than 40dB over the range of 30MHz to 1GHz. Meets VDE0781 and FCC207 shielding regulations.
This high-quality connector has a straight orientation, can be re-opened and comes with UNC 4-40 (Standard) thumbscrews. Accepts cable sizes up to 13mm outer diameter.
The shell comes complete with full metal jackscrews as standard equipment.
